Morning Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga incorporates asana (the physical practice) as access to vitality, power, and freedom. The class begins with several rounds of sun salutations; moves through a challenging standing series focusing on core strength and balance and concludes with a ground series of postures. All levels are welcome.

HIIT mixes shorts bursts of activity with a short rest to maximize your workout. This hour-long class includes a warm-up, workout and cool down. This fun calorie-burning workout can be scaled to all fitness levels. Workout mats are provided by the hotel. Participants are encouraged to bring water.
