Located off the Grand Galvez lobby, Monarch is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving fresh Gulf Coast seafood, prime grilled steaks, and other chef-inspired, seasonal items. An Oyster Bar within the restaurant provides freshly shucked oysters on select days of the week.
